Shipping Policy
At Maggie’s Pet Co., we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items are shipped the same day or next business day. We use a range of trusted couriers, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Preorders
If your order includes preorder items, please note that these will be fulfilled as soon as stock becomes available. We will keep you informed throughout the process and work to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
Stock Delays
In the rare event that a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). While we make every effort to keep our online store up to date, occasional stock discrepancies can occur.
Local Delivery
For customers located between Bonville and Corindi Beach, including Nana Glen, Armidale, and South West Rocks, deliveries may be completed via our local courier partners. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Orders & Customs Disclaimer
Maggie’s Pet Co. is not liable for goods refused, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities within or outside of Australia. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they are ordering comply with their local import regulations. No refunds will be issued for parcels delayed, returned, or held due to customs inspections or import restrictions.
