Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Maggie’s Pet Co. We hope you and your pets love your new products as much as we do.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Raw or fresh food items

  • Grooming tools

  • Toys

  • Beds

  • Litter products

  • Bowls and Lickmats

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit provider to complete the transaction.


International Orders & Customs Disclaimer

Maggie’s Pet Co. is not responsible for issues arising from customs inspections or import regulations in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items ordered are permitted for import and meet local customs requirements.

If your parcel is delayed, refused, or seized by customs, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. We also cannot provide Certificates of Origin (COO) or Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all products, particularly for complex formulations or items produced by third-party manufacturers.

By placing an international order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all international sales are final.
